Holy Spirit Catholic Church in Mount Zion. Tanzyus-Logan Funeral Services and Care is assisting the family with
Kerry was born in August 0f 1946, in Mattoon, Illinois, the son of Calvin Kuster and Elizabeth Josephine Poore. He
was a graduate of Niantic High School in 1964. He was a salesman for many years for several different companies.
He was a member of St. Thomas The Apostle Catholic Church. Kerry was an avid hunter, fisherman, Cubs fan, Illini
fan, and Bears fan. He married Mary Ann DeCrevel in October of 1965 and she preceded him in death in 1989.
Surviving are his companion of 21 years, Lee Mosley; children Michael Kuster and wife Wendy of Mount Zion, Kami
Kuster of Blue Mound, and Kenny Kuster and spouse Carla Beck; grandchildren Jessica Bradford and husband
Jason, Emily Kuster, Brandon Hankal, Justin Hankal, Kayla Hankal and Addison Kuster; great grandson Clayton
Graham; sisters Christine O’Reilly of Abita Springs, Louisiana, Cheryl Wall and husband Mark of Metairie,
Louisiana, Janis Mayfield and husband Stephen of Mandeville, Louisiana, and Janet Kuster and spouse Diane of
Holyoke, Massachusets; several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents and wife.
Kerry was a very well respected and loved man in the community and he will be dearly missed by everyone.
