Faye Carbonneau, 84 of Decatur. died at 6:14 pm. Friday, September 29, 2017 in       
St. Mary’s Hospital.

A funeral service to celebrate Faye’s life will be held at 11:00 am. Wednesday,  
October 4, 2017 at Tabernacle Baptist Church (650 Wyckles Road Decatur, Il.)  
Pastor Randy Johnson  will be officiating.  Visitation will be 5 to 7 pm. Tuesday,
October 3, 2017 also at the church. Burial will be in Graceland Cemetery. Tanzyus-
Logan Funeral Service and Care is in charge of the arrangements.

Faye was born in Roodhouse, IL. in March of 1933 the daughter of Charles E. and  
Lula  Motley. She was a self employed day care worker in child care. She loved  
tending roses in her garden and raising cocker spaniel puppies. Faye married            
Fred Carbonneau in March of 1955 in Springfield.

Surviving are her husband, Fred L. Carbonneau , sons, Randy (Brenda) Carbonneau,
Fred Jr. (Debbie) Carbonneau , daughters, Sheila Rene’ Carbonneau all of Decatur,
Jeania (Larry) Jones of Warrensburg, IL., Special friends, Don and Marilyn Barnett,
grandchildren, April R. (Erik) Bennett, Mark (Amy) Carbonneau, Aaron (Carina)
Carbonneau, Amy and Andrea Carbonneau, Sarah (Zac) Zepke, Rebekah (Ryan)
Sanders, great grandchildren, Titus and Anna Bennett, Robyn, Evan, Phillip
Carbonneau, Ben and Ellie Carbonneau, Addi, Elijah and Carter Zepke, Hunter and
Ryder Sanders, several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, infant daughter, Marjeania, six brothers
and five sisters, several nieces and nephews.

The family wishes to thank special RN Kathy and all the staff on the fourth floor at St.
Mary’s Hospital.
